We have built a prototype of a “Predictive Agentic Dashboard.” Think of it not as a chatbot, but as a digital assembly line of experts working together to solve a business problem in seconds.

The Solution: A Team of Digital Agents
We built a software architecture that mimics a human team. Instead of one AI trying to do everything (and often making mistakes), we use three specialized “Agents”:
- Agent 1: The Forecaster. This agent looks purely at the numbers. It connects to predictive models to estimate future sales. It doesn’t care about strategy; it cares about accuracy.
- Agent 2: The Controller. This agent acts as a safety guardrail. It calculates the Return on Investment (ROI). If the ROI is negative, it has the power to pause the system and demand a human review. This ensures the AI never automatically approves a bad deal.
- Agent 3: The Analyst. If the numbers look good, this agent reads your uploaded PDF strategy documents. It combines the hard numbers from the previous agents with the soft strategy from your files to write a final Executive Summary.
Why “Hybrid” Matters (and saves money)
One of the key innovations in this tool is its Hybrid Engine.
Usually, AI apps send all your data to the cloud (like GPT-4) to process. This can be slow, expensive, and raises privacy concerns.
Our system uses a “Local-First” approach. It processes your documents and organizes your data right on the server itself, using a smaller, faster AI model. It only connects to the “Big Brain” in the cloud (AWS Bedrock) for the final step of writing the summary.
