Sprint Test Plan

A sprint test plan may contains the following information:

  1. Title i.e. Extracting companies house data and loading them to a master table (MT load)
  2. Introduction – Sprint x will consist of backlog items that need to be added as well as any enhancements needed. We will begin to look at the requirements and start test preparation. We will also be supporting other testing activities such SIT/E2E testing.
  3. In scope – MT load and SIT/E2E. support
  4. Out of scope – data acquisition or data ingestion
  5. Resources – QAs
  6. Timescale – 2 weeks sprint
  7. Risks – other LOB related testing and the code is not ready
  8. Definition of Ready (Early conditions ) – test cases to be written. QA to attend workshops for clear understanding of requirements. MT load code deployed to test environment.
  9. Definition of Done (Exit conditions) – Test completion for MT load items. ETL scripts ready and tested and ensuring artefacts are deployed to SIT environment.
